A implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o MES para a gest\u00e3o integral da produ\u00e7\u00e3o na f\u00e1brica representa uma decis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica que exige o envolvimento direto da dire\u00e7\u00e3o-geral, dado o seu impacto nas pol\u00edticas e nos procedimentos que regem a empresa. Dada a amplitude dos problemas que os sistemas MES resolvem, dificilmente encontraremos um departamento da f\u00e1brica que n\u00e3o seja afetado assim que tomarmos a decis\u00e3o de o implementar. \u00c9 esta transversalidade que o determina como uma estrat\u00e9gia unificada de f\u00e1brica.<\/span><\/p>\n

Os sistemas MES representam uma verdadeira estrat\u00e9gia unificada de f\u00e1brica. Desde a gest\u00e3o interativa das ordens de fabrico, um acompanhamento exaustivo dos materiais, o controlo das amostragens em processo IPC e a an\u00e1lise OEE dos diferentes equipamentos, entre outros, geridos de forma unificada. Tudo isto integrado com os sistemas ERP e de automa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
